1. Service Description

T-Networks IT Solutions provides broadband internet access to residential and business subscribers within the serviceable areas. The service is offered on a no-contract, month-to-month basis, allowing subscribers to cancel anytime without long-term commitment.

2. Subscription and Billing

• Internet service is billed monthly in advance.

• Payment must be made on or before the due date indicated in the billing statement.

• Failure to pay within the due date may result in temporary suspension of service until payment is settled.

• Reconnection fees may apply if the account remains unpaid.

3. No Contract Policy

• The service is provided without a fixed-term contract.

• Subscribers may terminate the service at any time by providing prior notice of at least 7 days to T-Networks IT Solutions.

• Any unpaid balance must be settled before termination.

4. Installation and Equipment

• Installation fees may apply depending on the location and network requirements.

• Equipment provided by T-Networks IT Solutions (such as routers, modems, fiber devices, or ONU) remains the property of the company unless purchased by the subscriber.

• Upon service termination, all company-owned equipment must be returned in good condition. Damaged or unreturned equipment may be subject to replacement charges.

5. Acceptable Use

Subscribers agree to use the internet service responsibly and must not:

• Engage in illegal activities using the network.

• Distribute malware, spam, or harmful software.

• Attempt unauthorized access to other networks, systems, or devices.

• Use the connection for activities that may disrupt the network or other users.

Violation of these policies may result in service suspension or termination.

6. Fair Usage Policy

Internet speeds are provided up to the subscribed bandwidth, and actual speeds may vary depending on:

• Network congestion

• Distance from network infrastructure

• Device capability

• Environmental factors

T-Networks IT Solutions reserves the right to implement traffic management or fair usage policies to maintain network stability for all subscribers.

7. Service Availability

While T-Networks IT Solutions strives to provide continuous service, interruptions may occur due to:

• Maintenance activities

• Technical issues

• Power outages

• Natural disasters or events beyond the company's control

The company will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible.

8. Technical Support

Technical support is available to assist subscribers with service-related issues. Support requests may be submitted through the company's official communication channels.

9. Service Relocation

Relocation of service to another address is subject to service availability and possible relocation fees.

10. Liability Limitation

T-Networks IT Solutions shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data

• Business interruption

• Damages resulting from service interruptions beyond the company's control

11. Modification of Terms

T-Networks IT Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be communicated to subscribers through official channels.

By subscribing to the internet service, the subscriber acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
